My Story
Leadership has the power to change lives.
I'm Lee Kirtley — a CEO, executive coach, leadership trainer, husband and dad.
I've spent much of my career leading people, teams and organisations. I've been fortunate to experience successes along the way, but I've also experienced plenty of challenges — difficult decisions, setbacks, competing priorities and those periods when leadership can begin to consume far more of life than you intended.
I've learned as much from those moments as I have from the successes.
They've shaped what I believe about leadership today: ambition is a good thing, but achieving more shouldn't simply mean doing more. The best leadership starts with greater clarity about what matters, where you can make the greatest difference and what you're prepared — and not prepared — to sacrifice along the way.
That's why I created LK & Partners.
I wanted to take what I've learned from leading, coaching and developing others and use it to help ambitious people achieve more, lead better and live more intentionally.
It's also what led me to create Intentional Ambition — a practical 20-day digital programme for people who want to achieve more of what matters, without giving up what matters. It brings together the ideas, questions and practical tools I've found most valuable in leadership and life, creating the space to step back, think differently and make more deliberate choices about what comes next.
Ultimately, success isn't just about what we achieve; it's also about the life we build while we're achieving it.
