Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. The Programme

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LK and Partners Intentional Ambition Affiliate Programme ("Programme"). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

The Programme is operated by LK and Partners ("we", "us", "our"). The product promoted under this Programme is Intentional Ambition, a 20-day digital leadership development programme available at https://lkandpartners.co.uk/intentional-ambition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. You must provide accurate registration information including your full name and a valid email address. You must not be a current employee or contractor of LK and Partners. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Your Affiliate Link

Upon successful email verification, you will be assigned a unique affiliate code and referral URL. You are responsible for the use of your referral link. You must not share, sell, or transfer your affiliate code to any third party. You must not use your own affiliate link to purchase Intentional Ambition for yourself.

4. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked using a 30-day attribution window from the date a prospective customer first clicks your referral link. Attribution is last-click: if a customer clicks links from more than one affiliate during the 30-day window, the most recent click receives credit. We cannot guarantee attribution in all circumstances, including where a customer uses a private browsing mode, clears their browser data, or switches devices.

5. Commission

You will earn a commission of 40% of the net sale value (excluding any applicable taxes) for each successful referred purchase of Intentional Ambition.

Commission is earned only upon confirmed, successful payment. Commission is not earned on:

• Trial access granted via a promotional code • Purchases that are subsequently refunded or charged back • Purchases made using your own affiliate link

The commission rate applicable at the time of each sale is stored against that transaction. Changes to the commission rate do not apply retrospectively to previously recorded transactions.

6. Payment

Commissions are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the end of the calendar month in which the qualifying sale occurred. For example, a sale made in October will be paid by 30 November.

You are responsible for providing accurate bank details. We are not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts where you have provided incorrect details.

Minimum payout threshold: £10.00. Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the following month.

You are responsible for declaring affiliate income to the relevant tax authority in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed. If the commission has already been paid, we reserve the right to deduct the reversed amount from future commission payments.

8. Permitted Promotion

You may promote Intentional Ambition through:

• Your own website, blog, or social media channels • Email newsletters to your own opted-in subscriber list • Paid advertising, provided you comply with clause 9 • Podcast, video, or other content channels you own or control

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content, in accordance with applicable advertising standards (including ASA guidelines in the UK and FTC guidelines in the US).

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Bid on branded keywords including "LK and Partners", "Intentional Ambition", or variations thereof in paid search advertising • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices • Make false or misleading claims about Intentional Ambition • Offer unauthorised discounts, cashback, or incentives • Misrepresent your relationship with LK and Partners • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent attribution methods • Promote Intentional Ambition on coupon, deal, or cashback websites without prior written consent

10. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use LK and Partners and Intentional Ambition brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Programme in accordance with these Terms. You must not alter, distort, or misuse our brand assets. This licence terminates immediately upon termination of your affiliate account.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or brought LK and Partners into disrepute.

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us at support@lkandpartners.co.uk. Upon termination, any outstanding commission earned prior to termination will be paid in the next scheduled payment cycle, provided it meets the minimum threshold.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LK and Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Programme. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued participation in the Programme following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
